Our steps to achieving safety

• Preparation is Key to Safety Success - Crews are informed of the potential hazards associated with their projects and work sites in advance so they know the equipment and materials they will need to keep themselves safe. Once they arrive onsite, work begins with a safety brief. 

• We do Trust but Verify - Safety audits are performed on a regular basis to verify that workers have retained the training delivered to them, and that they are practicing what they have been taught. 

• A Focus on Training - On day one of employment with ENGIMARK, every individual receives a Safety Orientation, where the company’s safety culture and expectations are presented.
